The insurance salesman, Han-cheol always listens to Spanish language cassettes called 'la vida no vale nada' on commute. His sales volume is not at all impressive and the supervisor tells him off. He one day gets a phone call from an old acquaintance and meets her. Although admitting the reality, he hits her and cries out as he gets things off his chest on the riverside. Hyo-ri gets an accident after being dumped by boyfriend. While recuperating in her mother's place in a country, she gets to put herself together through asking some questions she couldn't have been asking to her mother. Back to her workshop, she heads towards the scene of the accident but fails to step on the very crosswalk. The night when her wound is completely healed, Hyo-ri goes back to the crosswalk and finds a girl read morecrossing the road from the other side towards her. She crosses the road to hit the girl, and wander the night street alone laughing and crying. On his grandfather's death, Su-hyuk closes his cafe. After coming up with an idea of traveling while spinning the globe, he gets ready for the travel by buying the tickets and getting a passport. One day, he runs into a middle-aged man and follows him to his place. He sprints into his place to beat him and soon realizes he was beating the wrong man, not the one he's been after. The knocked-down man is Han-cheol, and Su-hyuk is at a loss for words. Han-cheol tells SU-hyuk out and Su-hyuk runs away. After running his way off the apartment block, he cries, laughs, and asks himself with a laughter, 'What am I laughing about?'
